METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONSTRUCTING GROUND IMPROVEMENT PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form a ground improvement pile with a diameter large enough to support a building.SOLUTION: A method for constructing a ground improvement pile comprises the steps of: excavating a foundation G downward to a predetermined depth by a rotary excavation jig 5 with a first diameter; excavating the foundation G upward by a rotary excavation jig 7 with a second diameter larger than the first diameter; and packing a filler in an excavation hole H excavated in the respective steps and mixing the excavated sediment generated by excavation with the filler and hardening the mixture so as to form an improvement pile with a predetermined depth. In the method, in the case where an adjacent excavation hole H is already formed, at the time of excavating by the rotary excavation jig 5 with the first diameter, the outer peripheral edge of the rotary excavation jig 5 with the first diameter and the adjacent excavation hole H are separated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築物を支持するのに十分な直径の地盤改良杭を効率よく形成すること。【解決手段】第一直径の回転掘削治具5で所定深さまで地盤Gを下向きに掘削する工程と、前記第一直径よりも大径の第二直径の回転掘削治具7で地盤Gを上向きに掘削する工程と、前記各工程で掘削した掘削穴Hに充填剤を充填し、掘削によって生じた掘削土砂と前記充填剤を混合及び硬化して、所定深さの改良杭を形成する工程と、を備え、隣り合う掘削穴Hが既に形成されている場合に、前記第一直径の回転掘削治具5で掘削する際に、この第一直径の回転掘削治具5の外周縁と前記隣り合う掘削穴Hとを離間させた地盤改良杭の施工方法を構成する。【選択図】図1
