CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF PREFABRICATED BUILDING AND PREFABRICATED BUILDING
To provide a construction method of a prefabricated building capable of securing the beauty inside a building while suppressing the occurrence of cost.SOLUTION: In a construction method of a prefabricated building 10 for disassembling an existing prefabricated building 10a and reassembling it at another place to make a new prefabricated building 10, a wall panel 21 used in the existing prefabricated building 10a is laid as a floor panel 23 after removing a part including a hole in the new prefabricated building 10. By this construction method, it is possible to reuse the panel which has lost the appearance. Therefore, compared to the case where the wall panel 21 is purchased newly, it is possible to reduce the number of the new wall panels 21 to be purchased. In addition, the frequency of purchase of the floor panel 23 which is heavily consumed can be reduced, and the maintenance cost of the prefabricated building 10 can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】費用の発生を抑えながら、建物内部の美観を確保できるプレハブ建物の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】既設のプレハブ建物10aを解体して、別の場所で再組立をして新設のプレハブ建物10とするプレハブ建物10の施工方法において、既設のプレハブ建物10aで用いられていた壁パネル21を、新設のプレハブ建物10において、孔を含む部分を除去したうえで床パネル23として敷設する。この施工方法により、美観を失ったパネルの再利用ができる。このため、全て新たに壁パネル21を購入する場合と比較して、新しい壁パネル21の購入数を少なくできる。また、消耗が激しい床パネル23の購入頻度を少なくでき、プレハブ建物10の維持費用を抑制することができる。【選択図】図1
