To provide a decoration cover of a window frame member for a bathroom window and a method of installing the bathroom window which make it possible to construct a bathroom window structure providing aesthetic appearance without forming a clearance around a window frame member even if there is no wall panel outside the window frame member.SOLUTION: In a bathroom window structure in which a window frame member 7 connects between window frames 11 and 12 constituting a window opening 13 of a bathroom unit 1 and an outer window 101 of a building frame 100 and an outer peripheral flange portion 72 provided on the window frame member 7 is fixed to the window frames 11 and 12 from the indoor side, a decoration cover 9 for a window frame member for a bathroom window mounted to cover the outer peripheral flange portion 72 is configured to be adjustably wider in width than the outer peripheral flange portion 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
