RC EXTERNAL INSULATION METHOD USING STAINLESS STEEL PLATE IN OUTER WALL
To provide an RC external insulation method using a stainless steel plate capable of constructing an RC concrete building even if a scaffold cannot be built as a gap between a neighboring building and a building to be built is narrow.SOLUTION: A pedestal base for an external insulation 15 is fixed on a floor slab end top surface of a building, a stainless decorative steel plate 1 formed in multi surface shape is placed on an upper part outdoor side of the pedestal base for an external insulation 15, a heat insulation panel 5 with a styrene foam panel 3 bonded in a sandwich shape by two sheets of plywood 2 and 4 is arranged on the indoor side, an engagement part moulded is overlapped on both sides of adjacent stainless decorative steel plate 1 to fix the stainless decorative steel plate 1 and the insulation panel 5 to a plywood temporary frame 6, one end of a stainless decorative steel plate and an insulation panel fixture formed in substantially a fishhook perforated a hole for a separator installation on the other end is hooked on the engagement part, one end of the separator is hooked in the hole for a separator installation of the other end and a plastic cone is mounted on the other end and is fixed to the plywood temporary frame 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】隣家の建物と新築する建物の間の隙間が狭く足場を構築出来ないような場合でも、RCコンクリート建物を構築することを可能としたステンレス鋼板を使ったRC外断熱工法を提供する。【解決手段】建物の床スラブ端上面に外断熱材用台座15を固定し、外断熱材用台座15の上部室外側に多面形状に形成したステンレス化粧鋼板1を載せ、室内側に発泡スチロールパネル3を2枚のベニヤ板2,4でサンドイッチ状に接着した断熱パネル5を配置し、ステンレス化粧鋼板1と断熱パネル5を室内側の合板仮枠6に固定するため、隣り合うステンレス化粧鋼板1の両端に成形した契合部を重ね合せ、契合部に他端にセパレーター取付用の穴を開けたステンレス化粧鋼板・断熱パネル固定金具の概ね釣り針形に形成した一端を引っ掛け、他端のセパレーター取付用の穴にセパレーターの一端を引っ掛け、他端にプラスチックコーンを取り付けて合板仮枠6に固定する。【選択図】図1
