ADJACENT SPACE FREE EXTERNAL INSULATION METHOD USING STAINLESS STEEL PLATE ON EXTERIOR WALL
To provide an exterior wall mounting method that enables building a building using ALC plate material even if there is a narrow gap between the building of the next house and the new building.SOLUTION: There is provided an outer wall mounting method of ALC plate material in which an outer heat insulating material draining pedestal 13 whose cross-sectional shape is generally in the shape of a handle and whose tip is T-shaped is fixed on a floor slab 12 end top surface of the building, and also a stainless steel decorative steel plate 1 formed in a multi-faced shape is placed on the outer side of the upper chamber of the outer heat insulating material draining pedestal 13. On the indoor side of the stainless steel decorative steel plate 1, a heat insulation panel 3 in which a foam polystyrene panel 5 is bonded in a sandwich manner with two veneers 4 and 6 is disposed. In order to fix the stainless steel decorative steel plate 1 and the heat insulating panel 3 to an ALC plate material 2 disposed on the indoor side of the heat insulating panel, the handle wedge-shaped engagement parts formed on both ends of the adjacent stainless decorative steel plate 1 are overlapped. One end of an ALC plate material fixing bracket 7 formed in a substantially L shape with a stainless steel plate is hooked to the overlapping engagement portion, and the other end is bent and fixed to the indoor surface of the ALC plate material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】隣家の建物と新築する建物の間の隙間が狭いような場合でも、ALC板材を使った建物を建築することを可能とする外壁取付工法を提供する。【解決手段】建物の床スラブ12端上面に断面形状が概ね柄杓形をして先端部をT字形に形成した外断熱材用水切り台座13を固定すると共に、外断熱材用水切り台座13の上部室外側に多面形状に形成したステンレス化粧鋼板1を載せ、ステンレス化粧鋼板1の室内側に発泡スチロールパネル5を2枚のベニヤ板4、6でサンドイッチ状に接着した断熱パネル3を配置し、ステンレス化粧鋼板1と断熱パネル3を断熱パネルの室内側に配置したALC板材2に固定するため、隣り合うステンレス化粧鋼板1の両端に成形した柄杓形の契合部を重ね合せ、重ね合わせた契合部にステンレス鋼板で概ねL形に形成したALC板材固定金具7の一端を引っ掛け、他端を折り曲げてALC板材の室内面に固定したALC板材の外壁取付工法。【選択図】図2
