FINISHING MATERIAL BUILT-IN TYPE HEAT INSULATION PANEL
To provide a finishing material built-in type heat insulation panel having a thin thickness of a heat insulation panel and maintaining a conventional insulation effect and to be used for an interior with easier installation.SOLUTION: In a configuratIon in which a substrate material 1, an insulation material 2 and a finishing material 3 are laminated in order, the insulation material 2 is fitted into a recess part of a frame material of a fixing frame 4. Arranging in a three layer structure thinner than a conventional insulation material and having the finishing material and the insulation material in an integrated manner saves a demolition work, reduces dust, shortens process and eliminates an interior finish.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】断熱パネルの厚さが薄く、従来の断熱効果を保ち、施工をより簡易にした内装に使用する仕上げ材一体型断熱パネルを提供する。【解決手段】下地材1と、断熱材2と、仕上げ材3とを順次積層してなる構成としたもので、断熱材2は固定枠4の枠材の凹部にはめ込むものとする。従来の断熱材よりも薄く、また仕上げ材も断熱材も一体型に構成した3層構造とすることにより、解体工事もなく、粉塵が軽減され、工程が短縮でき、内装仕上げも不要とすることができる。【選択図】図1
