To provide a transparent conductive film for light control films that can improve adhesion between a conductive layer and a light control layer.SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film for light control films is used for a light control film. The transparent conductive film has a substrate film, and a conductive layer disposed on one surface side of the substrate film. One surface of the conductive layer, not the other surface on which the substrate film is disposed, has a contact angle to a methyl methacrylate monomer of 9° or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
