To provide an emergency notification device for a multi-story parking apparatus capable of immediately rescuing a person who is locked up in the multi-story parking apparatus.SOLUTION: An emergency notification device is provided with: an emergency button 23 provided inside an entrance/exit floor 15 of a multi-story parking apparatus 10; a door close detector 26 detecting a close status of a door 22 on the entrance/exit floor 15; and a room lamp 30 lighting inside the entrance/exit floor 15, a warning lamp 31 lighting outside the multi-story parking apparatus 10 and a speaker 32 generating sound outside the multi-story parking apparatus 10, when the emergency button 23 is operated in a state that the door close detector 26 detects the door being closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
