BUCKET LINK DEVICE INSTALLED WITH HOOK AND CONSTRUCTION MACHINE HAVING THE SAME
To provide a bucket link device installed with hook that is hardly broken and has a simple structure.SOLUTION: A hook device 20 is stored sideways along a bottom plate of a bucket link body part 12a in a storage part 12b. The storage part is provided with a holding part 30 for holding a hook body 23 in a storage position. The holding part 30 is provided with a guide member 31 into which the hook body 23 is fitted so as to be stored in a storage position, a lock shaft 32 that has a hook abutting protrusive part 32b capable of abutting on a folded curved part 23c of the hook body 23 and that is rotatably supported between a lock position for holding the hook body 23 in a storage position and an open position for enabling the hook body 23 to pass, by the hook abutting protrusive part 32b, an urging spring 34 for urging the lock shaft 32 so as to return to the lock position, and a stopper part 35 for holding the hook abutting protrusive part 32b pressed by the urging spring 34 in the lock position. The lock shaft 32 is installed on the side closer to a first connecting-pin 13 than the hook body 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】フック付バケットリンク装置を破損しにくく簡単な構造のものにする。【解決手段】フック装置20がバケットリンク本体12aの底板に沿って横向きに収納される収納部12bにフック本体23を収納位置に保持する保持部30を設ける。保持部30に、フック本体23が収納位置に収納されるように嵌まり込むガイド部材31と、フック本体23の折り曲げ湾曲部23cに当接可能なフック当接突状部32bを有し、このフック当接突状部32bによって、フック本体23を収納位置に保持するロック位置及びフック本体23を通過可能とする開放位置の間で回動可能に支持されたロック軸32と、ロック軸32をロック位置に戻るように付勢する付勢バネ34と、付勢バネ34に押されたフック当接突状部32bをロック位置に保持するストッパ部35と設ける。ロック軸32をフック本体23よりも第1連結ピン13側に設ける。【選択図】図1
