SOLAR RADIATION SHIELDING DEVICE AND SLAT
To provide a solar radiation shielding device whose shielding members that reflect heat rays can be thinned.SOLUTION: A horizontal blind includes a head box from which a lifting cord extends downwardly, and slats 12 caused to be in raising and lowering movements by raising and lowering the lifting cord. Each of the slats 12 is provided with a base 31 having a convex surface 31a and a concave surface 31b, an infrared reflecting layer 33 which reflects infrared rays onto the concave surface 31b of the base 31, and a solar reflecting layer 32 which reflects sunlight onto the convex surface 31a.
