OUTER WALL HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT STRUCTURE
To provide an outer wall height adjustment structure which adjusts an installation height of an outer wall panel installed on a building and can easily attach/detach the outer wall panel to/from the outdoor side.SOLUTION: An outer wall height adjustment structure 1 is a structure for adjusting an installation height of an outer wall panel 2 which can be attached to/detached from an outdoor side of a building, includes: a flat plate-shaped outer wall panel 2 installed on an outer wall substrate 3 at a first interval H1 in a vertical direction to other outer wall panel 2 positioned above or other components of the building; an adjustment metal fitting 4 which is fixed to the lower end on the indoor side of the outer wall panel 2 and adjusts an installation height of the outer wall panel 2; and a receiving metal fitting 5 which is installed in a skeleton on the indoor side of the outer wall panel 2 and has a plate-shaped folded piece 52 where at least a side end on the outdoor side of a bottom plate 51 mounted with the adjustment metal fitting 4 is bent upward, where the receiving metal fitting 5 is formed so that a first distance H2 from an upper surface of the bottom plate 51 to an upper end of the folded piece 52 is equal to or less than the first interval H1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
