To provide an outer wall height adjustment metal fitting that can easily adjust an installation height of an outer wall panel even if the outer wall panel is placed at an upper part of a rising part of a balcony.SOLUTION: An outer wall panel fixation metal fitting 2 is a metal fitting for adjusting an installation height of an outer wall panel P, and comprises: a first metal plate 2 comprising a tabular vertical plate part 21 extending to a vertical direction, an engaging plate part 22 protruded from a lower end 21a of the vertical plate part 21 to a horizontal direction and engaged at a lower end surface Pa of the outer wall panel P; and an extension plate part 23 protruded from an upper end 21b of the vertical plate part 21 in an opposite direction of the engaging plate part 22 and formed with a female screw hole 23e thereon; a second metal plate 3 mounted on a structure Y2 located below the outer wall panel P and fixing the first metal plate 2 so as to be movable vertically; and a bolt 4 inserted into a female screw hole 23e and having a tip 41a of a shaft part 41 abutted onto an upper end surface 34a of the second metal plate 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
