EVALUATION METHOD OF SILICA FUME, METHOD OF PRODUCING CONCRETE COMPOSITION, CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND CONCRETE CURED BODY
To provide a concrete composition capable of forming a concrete cured body using the concrete composition whose water/binder ratio is 0.2 or less and which has excellent liquidity and high strength, and also to provide the concrete cured body, an evaluation method of silica fume and a method of producing the concrete composition.SOLUTION: Silica fume 1 g is dispersed in a 100 g of water, and the particle size distribution is measured using the obtained silica fume liquid dispersion as a measuring object. An ultrasonic liquid dispersion obtained by applying ultrasonic frequencies selected from 15 kHz to 50 kHz to the further obtained silica fume liquid dispersion for 540 seconds is used as the measuring object, then the particle size distribution is measured.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】水/結合材比が0.2以下であるコンクリート組成物を用いた、流動性が良好であり、高い強度のコンクリート硬化体を形成し得るコンクリート組成物、コンクリート硬化体、シリカフュームの評価方法及びコンクリート組成物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】シリカフューム1gを水100gに分散させ、得られたシリカフューム分散液を測定対象とし、粒度分布を測定する。更に得られたシリカフューム分散液に、15kHz〜50kHzから選ばれる周波数の超音波を540秒間付与した超音波分散液を測定対象とし、粒度分布を測定する。【選択図】なし
