The present invention relates to an alginate latex precast concrete composition that introduces alginic acid to compensate for problems such as an increase in costs, difficulty in supplying and demanding materials, and deterioration in constructability due to the use of latex, and improves fluidity and strength by using silica fume. The present invention includes an admixture including: 100 parts by weight of cement; 400 to 500 parts by weight of aggregates; 3 to (15) parts by weight of latex; 0.1 to 0.8 parts by weight of alginic acid; and silica fume.
본 발명은 라텍스를 사용하는 데에 따르는 단가 상승, 재료 수급의 어려움, 시공성 저하 등의 문제점을 보완하기 위해 알긴산을 도입하고, 나아가 실리카 퓸을 이용하여 유동성 및 강도를 향상시킨 알긴산 라텍스 프리캐스트 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 시멘트 100 중량부, 그리고 골재 400 ~ 500 중량부, 그리고 라텍스 3 ~ 15 중량부, 그리고 알긴산 0.1 ~ 0.8 중량부, 그리고 실리카 퓸을 포함하는 혼화제를 포함하여 구성된다.
