REMAINING FORM PANEL CONNECTOR AND CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF REMAINING FORM PANEL
To provide a remaining form panel connector capable of avoiding the occurrence of connection failure of a panel connector due to vibration and impact of a working tool generated during construction of remaining form panels.SOLUTION: A remaining form panel connector 20 includes an upper insertion part 21, an intermediate part 22 connected to the upper insertion part 21, and a lower insertion part 23 having a wedge part 23a and connected to the intermediate part 22. The wedge part 23a has an inclined part 23b, and an inclination angle θ1 of the inclined part 23b to the side surface of the lower insertion part 23 is in the range of 3 to 10 degrees; when the inclined part 23b of the lower insertion part 23 is inserted to a predetermined position of a first connected member 3 of a lower remaining form panel 1, the lower insertion part 23 receives an elastic deflection reaction force of the first connected member 3 between the first connected member 3 and a back surface 2a of the lower remaining form panel 1 through the inclined part 23b, and the lower insertion part 23 is prevented from loosening in the first connected member 3 and shifting from a predetermined position due to vibration or impact of a work tool generated during construction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】残存型枠パネルの施工途中に生じる作業工具の振動や衝撃によりパネル連結具の接続不良が生じることを回避できる残存型枠パネル連結具を提供する。【解決手段】残存型枠パネル連結具20は、上側挿入部21と、上側挿入部21とつながる中間部22と、楔部23aを有し、中間部22とつながる下側挿入部23とを備え、楔部23aは傾斜部23bを有し、下側挿入部23の側面に対する傾斜部23bの傾斜角θ1は3度から10度の範囲であり、下側挿入部23の傾斜部23bが下側の残存型枠パネル1の第一被連結具3の所定の位置まで挿入されると、下側挿入部23は傾斜部23bを介して、第一被連結具3と下側の残存型枠パネル1の背面2aとの間で、第一被連結具3の弾性撓み反力を受け、施工途中に生じる作業工具の振動や衝撃により、下側挿入部23が第一被連結具3内で緩み、所定の位置からずれることを回避できる。【選択図】図3
