To provide a sound proof wall facility and a sound absorption panel which can provide sufficient sound proof effect even in the portion of a region III or above.SOLUTION: A sound proof panel 1A outfitted with a sound absorption material and provided with a sound insulation surface without any hole is arranged in a plurality of stages along a vertically stacking direction axis VL, and a sound absorption panel 1B is provided which has other sound absorption material 10 further on the uppermost stage of the sound proof panel 1A and allows the sound to pass through from a sound source side toward a rear side. The other sound absorption material 10 of the sound absorption panel has a first sound absorption portion which is a sound source side surface 10x arranged in an inclined manner toward the sound source side with respect to the stacking direction axis VL with a side view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
