AUTOMATIC WALL PAPER GLUING MACHINE
To provide an automatic wall paper gluing machine having a function for assisting an adjustment work of a measurement accuracy etc of the automatic wall paper gluing machine by worker in charge of maintenance and capable of solving the problem in which: when a position of the wall paper to be carried is displaced and skewed, a position where a rotary blade cuts is displaced and when it is glued to the wall with a plunge construction, the worker realizes an unnaturalness after he glued the wall paper to the wall, it causes the worker a trouble of peeling the wall paper glued off from the wall once and exchanges it with a wall paper glued again A.SOLUTION: A wall paper end part detection means for detecting a position of a paper before a side edge part is cut is provided and a position of the wall paper at a gluing start point is set as a wall paper end part origin position and every time the wall paper is carried for a predetermined length, a wall paper end part of the wall paper to be carried is detected, a position displacement in a width direction from the wall paper end part origin position of the wall paper to be carried is calculated and when a position displacement exceeds a tolerance limit, a transportation of the wall paper is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】搬送される壁紙の位置がずれて斜行した場合、回転刃が切断する位置がずれ、突きつけ施工をして壁に貼る場合に、隣接する糊付き壁紙の図柄がずれ、作業者は壁紙を壁に貼に貼ってから、不自然さに気づくき、一旦貼った壁紙を壁から剥がし、再度、糊を付け直した壁紙Ａと張り替えるという手間が生じる。また、メンテナンス担当者の自動壁紙糊付機の検尺精度などの調整作業を補助する機能を有する自動壁紙糊付機が望まれている。【解決手段】側縁部が切断される前の壁紙の位置を検出する壁紙端部検出手段を設け、糊付け開始時点の壁紙の位置を壁紙端部原点位置とし、壁紙を所定の長さ搬送する毎に、搬送する壁紙の壁紙端部を検出し、搬送した壁紙の、壁紙端部原点位置からの幅方向の位置ずれを求め、位置ずれが許容範囲を超えた場合に、壁紙の搬送を停止する。【選択図】図６
