STRUCTURE FOR MOUNTING VERTICAL FRAME OF WINDOW SHUTTER
To solve a problem caused by a conventional mounting structure for a vertical frame of a window shutter.SOLUTION: A shutter side vertical frame (guide rail base frame and guide rail frame) is attached to a vertical frame by fixing an indoor side viewing surface (indoor side viewing edge 20) of the shutter side vertical frame, in a state of being abutted with an outdoor side viewing surface (outdoor side view edge 10) of the vertical frame, to the outdoor side viewing surface of the vertical frame with screws S2. The indoor side viewing surface (indoor side viewing edge 20) is formed with horizontally lengthwise oriented longitudinal slots through which screws S1 are inserted at a plurality of positions in the height direction. A first prospective surface (first prospect edge 32) and a second prospective surface (second prospect edge 33) of the shutter-side vertical frame, in a state where the indoor side viewing surface (indoor side viewing edge 20) is in contact with the outdoor side viewing surface (outdoor side viewing edge 10), is in abutment with or in proximity to the outdoor-side portion of the vertical frame so as to allow movement in the direction of the width of the prospective surface with respect to the outdoor-side viewing surface (outdoor side viewing edge 10).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】窓シャッターの縦枠の従来の取付構造に起因する課題を解決する。【解決手段】シャッター側縦枠(ガイドレール下地枠、ガイドレール枠)は、シャッター側縦枠の屋内側見付面(屋内側見付辺20)を、縦枠の屋外側見付面(屋外側見付辺10)に当接させた状態で、屋外側見付面に螺子S2で固定することで、縦枠に取り付けられており、屋内側見付面(屋内側見付辺20)には高さ方向に亘って複数箇所に螺子S1を挿通させる横長の長孔が形成されており、シャッター側縦枠の第1見込面(第1見込辺32)、第2見込面(第2見込辺33)は、屋内側見付面(屋内側見付辺20)が屋外側見付面(屋外側見付辺10)に当接した状態で屋外側見付面(屋外側見付辺10)に対して見付面幅方向の移動を許容するように、縦枠の屋外側部位に当接ないし近接している。【選択図】図4
