MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF VERTICAL FRAME OF WINDOW SHUTTER
To solve the problem caused by the conventional mounting structure of a vertical frame of a window shutter.SOLUTION: A shutter-side vertical frame (guide rail base frame, guide rail frame) is attached to a vertical frame by fixing an indoor side width surface (indoor side width side 20) to an outdoor side width surface(outdoor side width side 10) with screws S2 in a state where the indoor side width surface is in contact with the outdoor side width surface of the vertical frame. On the indoor side width surface (indoor side width side 20), horizontally long elongated holes through which the screws S1 are inserted are formed at a plurality of places in a height direction. A first depth surface (first depth side 32) of the vertical frame on the shutter side and a second depth surface (second depth side 33) is in contact with or close to the outdoor side portion of the vertical frame so as to allow movement in a width direction of the width surface with respect to the outdoor side width surface (outdoor side width side 10) with the indoor side width surface (indoor side width side 20) in contact with the outdoor side width surface (outdoor side width side 10).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】窓シャッターの縦枠の従来の取付構造に起因する課題を解決する。【解決手段】シャッター側縦枠(ガイドレール下地枠、ガイドレール枠)は、シャッター側縦枠の屋内側見付面(屋内側見付辺20)を、縦枠の屋外側見付面(屋外側見付辺10)に当接させた状態で、当該屋外側見付面に螺子S2で固定することで、縦枠に取り付けられており、屋内側見付面(屋内側見付辺20)には高さ方向に亘って複数箇所に螺子S1を挿通させる横長の長孔が形成されており、シャッター側縦枠の第1見込面(第1見込辺32)、第2見込面(第2見込辺33)は、前記屋内側見付面(屋内側見付辺20)が前記屋外側見付面(屋外側見付辺10)に当接した状態で当該屋外側見付面(屋外側見付辺10)に対して見付面幅方向の移動を許容するように、縦枠の屋外側部位に当接ないし近接している。【選択図】図4
