SHAPING MATERIAL, FASTENING STRUCTURE OF SHAPING MATERIAL AND FIXTURE
To provide a shaping material, a fastening structure of the shaping material and a fixture capable of achieving cut-off performance between shaping materials.SOLUTION: A vertical frame 12b provided with a fastening surface 20 through a seal material 18 for a small header 16 of a lower frame 12a on which screw holes 26-28 are opened is fastened to the lower frame 12a by screwing screws 22 from an outer surface 34 as a rear surface of the fastening surface 20 through respective holes 36a - 36c arranged on the outer surface 34 and respective holes 18a - 18c arranged on the seal material 18 to the screw holes 26-28 to sandwich the seal 18. The outer surface 34 of the vertical frame 12b is provided with a protrusion 38 crushed by fasting force of the screw 22 at a position abutted with a base surface 22a of the screw 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
【課題】形材同士の締結部での止水性能を確保することができる形材、形材の締結構造体及び建具を提供する。【解決手段】縦枠１２ｂは、ビスホール２６〜２８が開口形成された下枠１２ａの小口１６に対してシール材１８を介して締結面２０が配置され、締結面２０の裏面である外面３４から、外面３４に設けられた孔部３６ａ〜３６ｃと、シール材１８に設けられた孔部１８ａ〜１８ｃとを挿通させたねじ２２をビスホール２６〜２８に螺合させることで、シール材１８を挟んで下枠１２ａと締結される。縦枠１２ｂの外面３４には、ねじ２２の座面２２ａが当接する位置に、ねじ２２の締結力によって潰れる突起３８が設けられている。【選択図】図４Ａ
