FASTENING MEMBER AND FASTENING METHOD
To more easily fasten overlapped multiple fastened bodies.SOLUTION: A temporary bolt 10 comprises: a screw part 11 which is provided in a front end of a shank thereof; and an alignment part 13 provided in a portion of the shank separated from the front end of the shank further than the screw part 11. The screw part 11 passes through-holes 1h and 2h of each of multiple fastened bodies and is fitted with a nut N thereafter, thereby fastening the multiple fastened bodies. The alignment part 13 enters the through-holes 1h and 2h, thereby aligning the through-holes 1h and 2h. The front end of the shank first passes the through-hole 2h of a first fastened body among the multiple fastened bodies and finally passes the through-hole 2h of a second fastened body most separated from the first fastened body in a vertical direction. In a state where the alignment part 13 enters the through-holes 1h and 2h of each of the fastened bodies and the nut N is fitted to the screw part 11, an end of the alignment part 13 closer to the front end of the shank is positioned within the through-hole 2h of the second fastened body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】重ねられた複数の被締結体をより簡単に締結する。【解決手段】仮ボルト10が、その軸部の先端部に設けられたネジ部11と、軸部においてネジ部11よりも軸部の先端から離れた部分に設けられた位置合わせ部13とを有する。ネジ部11は、複数の被締結体の各々の貫通孔1h、2hを通過した後にナットNと嵌合することで複数の被締結体を締結する。位置合わせ部13は、貫通孔1h、2h内に入り込むことで貫通孔1h、2hの位置合わせを行う。軸部の先端は、複数の被締結体のうち、第一被締結体の貫通孔2hに最初に通過し、上下方向において第一被締結体から最も離れた第二被締結体の貫通孔2hを最後に通過する。位置合わせ部13が複数の被締結体の各々の貫通孔1h、2h内に入り込み、かつ、ネジ部11にナットNが嵌合した状態では、位置合わせ部13のうち、軸部の先端により近い方の端が第二被締結体の貫通孔2h内に位置している。【選択図】図5
