To improve appearance of a ceiling surface or a wall surface after completion of mounting.SOLUTION: A fixing structure (1) of an interior panel comprises a substrate member (10) and an interior panel (2) fixed to the substrate member by fastening members (5) driven from a front surface side. The interior panel (2) has multiple protrusions (21) and recesses (22) on the surface. The multiple recesses (22) include first recesses (22a) stuck with decorative materials (4) on a bottom surface in advance and second recesses (22b) penetrated with the fastening members (5) through the bottom thereof. The decorative materials (4) are stuck on bottom surfaces of the second recesses (22b) in a state of covering heads of the fastening members (5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】取り付け完了状態において天井面または壁面の美観を向上させること。【解決手段】内装パネルの固定構造（１）は、下地部材（１０）と、表面側から打ち込まれた締結部材（５）によって下地部材に固定された内装パネル（２）とを備える。内装パネル（２）は、表面に凸部（２１）および複数の凹部（２２）を有している。複数の凹部（２２）は、底部表面に化粧材（４）が予め貼り付けられた第１の凹部（２２ａ）と、その底部を締結部材（５）が貫通する第２の凹部（２２ｂ）とを含み、第２の凹部（２２ｂ）の底部表面には、締結部材（５）の頭部を被覆した状態で化粧材（４）が貼り付けられている。【選択図】図２
