To alleviate a load of work for inspecting the position of a pile driven into a construction site.SOLUTION: A pile position inspection device 10 is mounted by an inspector who inspects the position of a pile driven in a construction site. The pile position inspection device 10 includes: a transmission type display part; a building data acquisition part for acquiring three-dimensional data of a building to be constructed in the construction site; an alignment part for performing alignment of a pile 33 and a pile model 43 in the three-dimensional data of the building; and a display control part for overlapping the pile model 43 with respect to the pile 33 displayed in the display part and displaying them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
