To provide a pile finished shape inspection method capable of saving labor and improving efficiency in a pile finished shape inspection.SOLUTION: A pile finished shape inspection method for acquiring a center position of a pile finished shape constructed in a pile construction site and comparing the same with a design value comprises: pile finished shape image acquiring step S1 of acquiring a pile finished shape image in which a plurality of pile finished shapes constructed in the pile construction site is captured from an upper air; ortho-image forming step S2 of forming an ortho-image in which the pile finished shape image acquired in the pile finished shape image acquiring step is orthogonally projected; and pile center position comparing step S3 of comparing the center position of the pile finished shape in the ortho-image with a center position of the design value of the pile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
