MANUFACTURING METHOD OF METAL ROOF MATERIAL
To provide a method of manufacturing a metal roof material having a front substrate and a back substrate and a core material filled therebetween.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a metal roof material 1 comprises the steps of: producing a front substrate 10 from a metal plate (step S1); after forming a core material 12 in the body part 100 of the front substrate 10, bonding a back substrate 11 to the rear side of the front substrate 10 to cover an opening of the body part 100 (step S2); forming a flange portion 110 along the periphery of the body part 100 (step S3); and applying a decorative layer 40 on the outer surface of a top plate part 101 of the body part 100 (step S4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
