To provide a method of manufacturing a metal roof material having a front substrate and a back substrate and a core material filled therebetween.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a metal roof material 1 comprises the steps of: producing a front substrate 10 from a metal plate (step S1); after forming a core material 12 in the body part 100 of the front substrate 10, bonding a back substrate 11 to the rear side of the front substrate 10 to cover an opening of the body part 100 (step S2); forming a flange portion 110 along the periphery of the body part 100 (step S3); and applying a decorative layer 40 on the outer surface of a top plate part 101 of the body part 100 (step S4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】表基材と裏基材とそれらの間に充填された芯材とを有する金属屋根材を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】金属板から表基材１０を製造する（ステップＳ１）。次に、表基材１０の本体部１００内に芯材１２を形成し、本体部１００の開口を塞ぐように表基材１０の裏側に裏基材１１を貼り付ける（ステップＳ２）。その後、本体部１００の周囲に沿ってフランジ部１１０を形成する（ステップＳ３）。最後に、本体部１００の天板部１０１の外表面に装飾層４０を塗布して（ステップＳ４）、金属屋根材１が製造される。【選択図】図３
