To provide a manufacturing method of an irregular shape roof material capable of improving work efficiency at a construction site.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an irregular shape roof material is a method of manufacturing an irregular shape roof material 5 obtained by cutting a regular shape roof material 1 with a predetermined shape and having installation information 4 exhibiting an installation position onto a roof face 2. The shape of the irregular shape roof material 5 is selected from a plurality of kinds of shapes set in advance according to construction specifications of the irregular shape roof material 5. The installation information 4 is added to a predetermined position 7 according to the selected shape. The predetermined position 7 according to the shape is a position where at least a part of the installation information 4 added to the irregular shape roof material 5 is covered with a roof a material installed on the roof face 2 in a state where the irregular shape roof material 5 is installed on the roof face 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工現場での作業効率を向上させることができる異形屋根材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】異形屋根材の製造方法は、所定の形状を有する標準屋根材１を切断して得られ、屋根面２への設置位置を示す設置情報４を有する異形屋根材５を製造する方法である。異形屋根材５の形状は、異形屋根材５の施工仕様により予め設定されている複数種の形状の中から選択される。選択された形状に対応して予め設定された位置７に設置情報４が付与される。形状に対応して予め設定された位置７は、異形屋根材５が屋根面２に設置された状態で、屋根面２に設置される屋根部材で、異形屋根材５に付与された設置情報４の少なくとも一部が覆われる位置である。【選択図】図１
