PLATE-FORM BUILDING
To provide a plate-form building with a significantly increased number of individual ownership spaces supplied in one building, while enhancing added values by enlarging effective common use and individual ownership spaces.SOLUTION: A plate-form building 1 that applies the present invention includes an inner frame 2 provided in an inner part 60 of the building with a plurality of individual ownership spaces P lined up in a ridge direction X on each story of a multi-storied structure, and an outer frame 3 provided along an outer peripheral part 61 of the building. The inner frame 2 includes a span-direction girder 20 extending in a span direction Y and a plurality of wall columns 21 extending in a height direction Z, the span-direction girder 20 being spanned on the plurality of wall columns 21. The outer frame 3 includes a ridge-direction girder 30 extending in the ridge direction X and a plurality of outer columns 31 extending in the height direction Z, the ridge-direction girder 30 being spanned on the plurality of outer columns 31. With regard to the inner frame 2 and the outer frame 3, a structural member 4 that bears the building load is spanned on the wall column 21 and the outer column 31 without the span-direction girder 20 being spanned on the wall column 21 and the outer column 31. 【課題】専有部分とともに共用部分の有効空間を広くして付加価値を高めながら、1棟で供給できる専有部分の数量を著しく増大させた板状建築物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用した板状建築物1は、階層構造の各階で複数の専有部分Pが桁行方向Xに並べられて、建築物内部60に設けられる内架構2と、建築物外周部61に沿って設けられる外架構3とを備える。内架構2は、梁間方向Yに延びる梁間大梁20と、高さ方向Zに延びる複数の壁柱21とを有し、梁間大梁20が複数の壁柱21に架設される。外架構3は、桁行方向Xに延びる桁行大梁30と、高さ方向Zに延びる複数の外柱31とを有し、桁行大梁30が複数の外柱31に架設される。内架構2及び外架構3は、梁間大梁20が壁柱21と外柱31とに架設されることなく、建築物の荷重を負担させる構造材4が壁柱21と外柱31とに架設されることで、内架構2と外架構3とが互いに連結される。【選択図】図13
