DISMANTLING METHOD OF FLOATING ROOF TYPE CIRCULAR TANK
To provide a dismantling method of a floating roof type circular tank, in which the floating roof type circular tank can be dismantled easily and in a short period of time without using a large crane.SOLUTION: The method comprises a step in which a plurality of openings 5 are provided in a side wall 3, the floating roof is removed, a reinforcing member 6 is attached to the inside of a side wall portion 7 to be removed, and a rail 8 is mounted on a bottom plate 2 between a center of a tank 1 and the opening 5. The lower part of the reinforcing member 6 and the rail 8 are connected via a fixed hinge 9, a carriage 10 and side wall pull-down means 11 are installed on the rail 8, and a carriage 10 and the reinforcing member 6 are connected by the side wall supporting member 11 via a movable hinge 16, the side wall portion 7 is cut and separated from the side wall 3, and the carriage 10 is moved along the rail 8 toward the center of the tank 1 by the side wall pulling-down means 11 and the side wall portion 7 is pulled down into the tank 1 with the fixed hinge 9 of the reinforcing member 6 as a supporting point, the side wall portion 7 is cut, and the cut side wall piece is carried out of the tank and removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
