VIBRATION COMPACTION OF CONCRETE DETECTOR
To provide a detector capable of detecting correctly and notify that concrete is compacted sufficiently by a vibration compaction without a need of an external power supply.SOLUTION: In a mount member 10 mountable to an outer side surface of a mold foam 101 in which concrete 102 is installed, a vibration V transmit in concrete is received from a vibration compaction machine 103 inserted in uncured concrete installed in the mold frame 101 and a vibration detection signal is generated and a vibration detection part (piezoelectric element) which serves as a vibration power generation part for generating an electric power by this vibration detection signal as well, a battery for reserving electric power generated by the vibration power generation part and a determination part which is driven by an electric power from the battery, measures the electric power charged to the battery and drives a notification part 13 by the electric power of the battery at a point when a measured value reaches to a preset threshold value are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】外部電源を必要とせずに、コンクリートが振動締め固めによって十分に締め固まったことを的確に検知し報知することが可能な検知装置を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート102を打設する型枠101の外側面に取り付け可能な取付部材10に、型枠101内に打設された未硬化のコンクリートに挿入した振動締め固め機103からコンクリート中を伝播される振動Vを受振して振動検出信号を発生し、この振動検出信号によって電力を発生する振動発電部を兼ねる振動検出部(圧電素子)と、振動発電部によって発生した電力を蓄えるバッテリと、バッテリからの電力により駆動され、バッテリに充電された電力を計測し、計測値があらかじめ設定された閾値に達した時点でバッテリの電力で報知部13を駆動させる判定部とを設ける。【選択図】図1
