VIBRATION DEVICE FOR CONCRETE COMPACTION
To provide a vibration device for concrete compaction capable of performing compaction work by utilizing a scaffold, uniformly performing concrete compaction work by no means inferior while securing quality and beautiful appearance equivalent to those in the case of manual work without depending on the knowledge and skill of an individual worker for the penetration depth and vibration time of a vibrator, reducing the work burden of the worker as much as possible, and saving the labor of the concrete compaction work.SOLUTION: A concrete form body 3 formed of a plurality of form panels 2 surrounding a construction area of a concrete structure, a plurality of support members 4 arranged inside the concrete form body 3 at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the concrete form body 3, a guide rail member 5 stretched above a plurality of support members 4 and extending in the longitudinal direction of a concrete form body 3, and a compaction vibration generating vehicle constituted so as to travel along the guide rail member 5 are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】足場を活用して締固め作業を行うことができ、振動機の貫入深さや加振時間を作業者個人の知識や技量に左右されることなく、人力で作業する場合と同等の品質や美観を確保しつつ、遜色なく均一にコンクリートの締固め作業を行うことができ、作業者の作業負担を極力軽減するとともに、コンクリートの締固め作業を省力化できるコンクリート締固め用振動装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、コンクリート構造体の施工領域を囲う複数の型枠パネル2で形成されたコンクリート型枠本体3と、コンクリート型枠本体3の内側にコンクリート型枠本体3の長手方向に向かい間隔をあけて複数設置された支柱部材4と、複数の支柱部材4の上方に架設され、コンクリート型枠本体3の長手方向に向かい延出するガイドレール部材5と、ガイドレール部材5に沿って走行可能に構成された締固め用振動車とを備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
