To provide a road surface property investigation device and a road surface property investigation system for appropriately investigating and analyzing the property of a paved road surface.SOLUTION: A road surface property investigation device for investigating road surface properties during its self-propelling on a road surface (20), has: optical measuring means (2) for measuring irregularities on the road surface (20) at predetermined intervals to collect point group data; light projecting means (4) for irradiating the road surface (20) with visible light from the horizontal direction; visible shaded image imaging means (3) for picking up a shaded image of the road surface (20) illuminated by the light projecting means (4); and road surface property analyzing means for superimposing the point group data collected by the optical measuring means (2) on the shaded image of the road surface (20) picked up by the visible shaded image imaging means (3) to determine at least the position, shape and dimension of protuberance parts and/or depression parts present on the road surface (20).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】舗装された路面の性状を適切に調査、分析するための路面性状調査装置及び路面性状調査システムを提供する。【解決手段】路面（２０）を自走しながら路面性状の調査を行う路面性状調査装置であって、路面（２０）の凹凸を所定の間隔で計測して点群データを収集する光学計測手段（２）と、路面（２０）に水平方向から可視光線を照射する投光手段（４）と、投光手段（４）によって照らし出された路面（２０）の陰影画像を撮像する可視陰影画像撮像手段（３）と、光学計測手段（２）によって収集された点群データと、可視陰影画像撮像手段（３）によって撮像された路面（２０）の陰影画像とを重畳して路面（２０）に存在する隆起部および／または陥没部の少なくとも位置、形状、寸法を特定する路面性状分析手段とを有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
