MULTILAYER GLASS HEAT INSULATION WALL MOUNTING METHOD
To provide a technique of a wall body that combines daylighting and heat insulating properties instead of an opening since a residential building with high thermal performance, such as zero energy homes, tend to have a small daylighting area, such as an opening having a large heat loss designed to be small.SOLUTION: Provided is means for fixing a fixing member to a wooden frame with internal projections with fixing screws and waterproofing with a waterproof cap and a waterproof sealing material, after inserting a multilayer glass heat insulation wall with high heat insulation performance by making a glass multi-layer from the outside and holding it down with a fixed cushion material in the wooden frame with internal projections and a cushion material that receives the multilayer glass heat insulation wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ゼロエネルギー住宅などの温熱性能の高い住宅建築は、熱損失の大きな開口部を小さく設計するなど採光面積が小さくなる傾向にあり、開口部に変わる採光性と断熱性を兼ね備えた壁体の技術が必要である。【解決手段】ガラスを多層にして断熱性能を高めた多層ガラス断熱壁を、多層ガラス断熱壁を受けるクッション材の付いた内部突起付き木製枠に、当該多層ガラス断熱壁を外側から挿入して固定クッション材にて押さえた後、固定部材を固定ビスで内部突起付き木製枠に固定し、防水キャップと防水シーリング材にて防水する手段とする。【選択図】図1
