To provide a novel air conditioning system which is comfortable throughout the year and improves economical efficiency by more economically implementing cooling in summer while effectively utilizing a floor heating technology in winter which leads to excellent results in the prior arts.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an underfloor air conditioning device 1 in which a rectification film 2 that is disposed at a higher side within an underfloor space 9 of a floor framing 8 and partitions a rugged bottom face of the floor framing 8 in a smooth surface state and a heat insulation wall 3 which is disposed at a lower side of the rectification film 2 within the under floor space 9 while being spaced apart therefrom at a predetermined interval and partitions the rugged bottom face in a horizontal state are provided inside the underfloor space 9. The underfloor space 9 is separated into an upper layer heat insulation space 4 between the rugged bottom face of the floor framing 8 and the rectification film 2, a middle layer warm air space 5 between the rectification film 2 and the heat insulation wall 3, and a lower layer constant-temperature space 6 between the heat insulation wall 3 and a ground surface GS under the heat insulation wall 3. A warm air pipe 51 of a warm air supply device 50 installed outdoors is connected to the middle layer warm air space 5, and a constant-temperature air pipe 62 communicating with at least any one of a sidewall 72 and a ceiling wall 73 of a room inner side 70 is connected to the lower layer constant-temperature space 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従前まで秀でた成果を上げてきた冬季の床暖房技術を活かした上、夏季の冷房をより経済的に実現化し、年間を通じて快適且つ経済性に優れた新たな空調システム技術を提供する。【解決手段】床組8の床下空間9内に、同床下空間9内の上位に配され、床組8の凹凸下面を平滑面状に仕切る整流膜2、および、同床下空間9内の該整流膜2よりも下方に所定間隔を隔てて、水平状に仕切る断熱壁3が設けられ、同床下空間9が、床組8の凹凸下面と該整流膜2との間の上層保温空間4、該整流膜2と該断熱壁3との間の中層暖気空間5、および、該断熱壁3と同断熱壁3下の地盤面GSとの間の下層恒温空間6とに夫々隔離され、該中層暖気空間5には、室外に設置された暖気供給装置50の暖気管51が接続され、該下層恒温空間6には、室内70の側壁72および天井壁73の少なくとも何れか一方に繋がる恒温気管62が接続されてなる床下空調装置1である。【選択図】図1
