To provide an underfloor air conditioning system that can warm a floor efficiently and evenly.SOLUTION: An underfloor air conditioning system 10 includes: a flat-plate-like flat plate thermal insulation material 11 provided between adjacently juxtaposed two beams 56; a first fixture 15 for fitting the flat plate thermal insulation material 11 to the beam 56; a groove-like thermal insulation material 12 for receiving the beam 56 with a receiving groove 23 from a lower side; a second fixture 16 for fitting the groove-like thermal insulation material 12 to the beam 56; and a heat radiation route 13 provided on the flat plate thermal insulation material 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
