To provide a floor heating panel capable of further improving uniformity of a temperature.SOLUTION: In a base member 1, an array region 10 in which multiple pipe members 6 are arrayed while extending in a Y-axis direction (first direction) is formed between a pair of floor joist members 3. In the array region 10, multiple pipe members 6 are arrayed separately from each other while forming at least three intervals 16 (five intervals in the present embodiment) in an X-axis direction (second direction). Dimensions L2 and L6 of intervals 16and 16in an end of the array region 10 in the X-axis direction are set smaller than a dimension of an interval 16in a central location CL in the array region 10 in the X-axis direction. By adopting such a configuration, the pipe members 6 are provided densely in a portion where a temperature is hard to rise, and the temperature can be easily supplied. Thus, uniformity of the temperature can be improved in a portion closer to the floor joist member 3 and in a portion at a side of the central location CL away from the floor joist member 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
