FLOOR HEATING PANEL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FLOOR HEATING PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating panel which can be manufactured in a simple manufacturing process and enables loss of the material thereof to be suppressed.SOLUTION: There is provided a floor heating panel 1 in which: a surface material 2 composed of a wooden board 22 and a frame material 3 having an opening S in the center are bonded to each other; the opening S stores a planar heating element 4 abutting on the rear face of the surface material 2 and stores a heat insulation material 5 laminated on the rear face side of planar heating element 4; a protection sheet 6 covers the rear face of the frame material 3 and the heat insulation material 5 in the opening S; and a decorative layer 21 covers the surface of the surface material.
【課題】簡易な製造工程で製造することができ、材料のロスを抑制することができる床暖房パネルを提供すること。【解決手段】木質ボード２２からなる表面材２と、中央に開口部Ｓを有する枠材３とが接着されており、前記開口部Ｓ内には、前記表面材２の裏面側に当接する面状発熱体４と、この面状発熱体４の裏面側に積層される断熱材５とが収納されており、前記枠材３の裏面と前記開口部Ｓ内の前記断熱材５とが保護シート６によって被覆され、前記表面材の表面が化粧層２１で被覆されている床暖房パネル１とする。【選択図】図１
