EAVES CONSTITUTING BODY
To enhance the fireproof performance of a house by surely blocking a ventilation path of ambient air at the occurrence of a fire without lowering a ventilation function by improving a shape of a ventilation chamber at a lower side of a fascia, and selecting attachment positions of heating foaming materials, in an eaves constituting body which is constituted by attaching a fascia decoration member having ventilation holes to the fascia.SOLUTION: A ventilation chamber 7 communicating with an attic space 3 is formed of a fascia decoration member 5 having a ventilation hole 53 and an end part support member 6 for supporting an end part of a lower-side face part 52 at a lower part of a fascia 1. An interior of the ventilation chamber 7 is partitioned to a plurality of spaces by a partitioning member 8, the adjacent partitions are made to communicate with each other by ventilation holes 81a, 82a, and heating foaming materials 9, 9 are arranged in vicinities of the ventilation holes 53, 81a and 82a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】通気孔を備えた鼻隠し化粧部材を鼻隠しに取り付けて構成される軒先構成体において、鼻隠しの下方の換気室の形状の改良と加熱発泡材の取り付け位置の選定により、換気機能を低下させることなく、火災時には外気の通気路が確実に遮断されるようにして家屋の防災性能を高める。【解決手段】通気孔53を有する鼻隠し化粧部材5とその下側面部52の端部を支持する端部支持部材6とで鼻隠し1下方に屋根裏空間3に通じる換気室7を形成し、この換気室7内を仕切り部材8によって複数の空間に区画し、且つ隣り合う区画同士を通気孔81a,82aで連通するとともに、各通気孔53,81a,82aの近傍にそれぞれ加熱発泡材9,9を配置する。【選択図】図1
