EAVES CONSTITUTING BODY
To enhance the fireproof performance of a house by surely blocking a ventilation path of ambient air at the occurrence of a fire without lowering a ventilation function by improving a shape of a ventilation chamber at a lower side of a fascia, and selecting attachment positions of heating foaming materials, in an eaves constituting body which is constituted by attaching a fascia decoration plate having ventilation holes to the fascia.SOLUTION: A ventilation chamber 7 communicating with an attic space 3 is formed of a fascia decoration member 5 having a ventilation hole 53 and a partitioning member 6 at a lower part of a fascia. An interior of the ventilation chamber 7 is partitioned to an atmosphere upstream side and a downstream side by a partitioning member 6, the sides are made to communicate with each other by a ventilation hole 65, and heating foaming materials 8, 8 are arranged at a downstream side approximating the ventilation holes 53, 65.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】通気孔を備えた鼻隠し化粧板を鼻隠しに取り付けて構成される軒先構成体において、鼻隠しの下方の換気室の形状の改良と加熱発泡材の取り付け位置の選定により、換気機能を低下させることなく、火災時には外気の通気路が確実に遮断されるようにして家屋の防災性能を高める。【解決手段】通気孔53を有する鼻隠し化粧板5と仕切り部材6とで鼻隠し下方に屋根裏空間3に通じた換気室7を形成する。換気室7内は仕切り部材6で外気上流側と下流側に区画し、且つ通気孔65で連通し、各通気孔53,65に近接する下流側に加熱発泡材8,8を配置する。【選択図】図1
