To provide an urethane waterproof material composition for hand coating, environment friendly, excellent in quick curability while securing sufficient workability, and corresponding to urethane rubber-based high elongation shape of JIS A 6021 (coated film waterproof material for building).SOLUTION: The urethane waterproof material composition consists of a main agent containing an isocyanate group terminated prepolymer consisting of polyisocyanate and polyol, a hardening agent containing aromatic polyamine, aliphatic or alicyclic polyamine, a plasticizer, and an inorganic filler, and a hardening accelerator, the aromatic polyamine contains diethyltoluenediamine, the hardening accelerator contains acid anhydride, and the hardening accelerator is added to the main agent or when the main agent and the hardening agent are mixed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】環境に優しく、十分な施工性を確保しながら速硬化性にも優れた、ＪＩＳ Ａ ６０２１（建築用塗膜防水材）のウレタンゴム系高伸長形に該当する、手塗り用ウレタン防水材組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の手塗り用ウレタン防水材組成物は、ポリイソシアナートとポリオールからなるイソシアナート基末端プレポリマーを含む主剤と、芳香族ポリアミン、脂肪族または脂環族ポリアミン、可塑剤および無機充填剤を含む硬化剤と、硬化促進剤とからなり、芳香族ポリアミンがジエチルトルエンジアミンを含み、硬化促進剤が酸無水物を含み、硬化促進剤を主剤にまたは主剤と硬化剤を混合するときに添加する。【選択図】なし
