Waterproof Construction Method using Urethane Coating Material
The present invention relates to a waterproof construction method using a urethane coating material, which is able to secure the waterproof performance through a waterproof sheet and keep the waterproof sheet closely attached to the floor for a long time. To this end, according to the present invention, the waterproof construction method using a urethane coating material comprises: a background surface organizing step of removing pollutants remaining on a floor surface on the construction site and removing unnecessary structures; a urethane primer spreading step of spreading a urethane primer on the floor surface organized by the previous step to form a urethane primer layer; a urethane coating material spreading step of spreading the urethane coating material on the urethane primer layer for a certain thickness to form a urethane coating layer; a waterproof sheet constructing step of attaching a dual-shaped waterproof sheet having a certain thickness to the urethane coating layer; and a weak unit reinforcing step of reinforcing a weak unit by spreading a urethane reinforcing material along an overlapping unit and a connection unit of the waterproof sheet for a certain width. The urethane coating material is a mixture made by mixing a main agent including limestone, calcium carbonate, benzene dicarboxylic acid bis, and polyether polyol resin, and a hardening agent including a polyoxypropylene-TDI copolymer and benzene dicarboxylic acid bis at a certain ratio.
본 발명은 방수시트를 통해 방수 성능을 담보할 수 있으면서도 방수시트가 바닥에 긴밀하게 부착된 상태로 장기간 그대로 유지될 수 있는 우레탄 도막재를 이용한 방수시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 우레탄 도막재를 이용한 방수시공 방법은, 시공 바닥면에 잔존하는 오염물질을 제거하고, 불필요한 구조물을 제거하는 바탕면 정리 단계; 상기 바탕면 정리 단계를 통해 정리된 바닥면에 소정 두께로 우레탄 프라이머를 도포하여 우레탄 프라이머층을 형성하는 우레탄 프라이머 도포 단계; 상기 우레탄 프라이머층 위에 소정 두께로 우레탄 도막재를 도포하여 우레탄 도막층을 형성하는 우레탄 도막재 도포 단계; 상기 우레탄 도막층 위에 소정 두께를 가지는 복층 구조의 방수시트를 부착하는 방수시트 시공 단계; 및 상기 방수시트의 중첩부와 연결부를 따라 우레탄 보강재를 소정 폭으로 도포하여 보강하는 취약부 보강 단계를 포함하고, 상기 우레탄 도막재는, 석해석, 탄산칼슘, 벤젠다이카복실산 비스 및 폴리에테르 폴리올 수지를 포함하는 주제와 폴리옥시프로필렌-TDI중합체와 벤젠다이카복실산 비스를 포함하는 경화제가 소정 비율로 혼합되어 이루어지는 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 한다.
Waterproof Construction Method using Urethane Coating Material
The present invention relates to a waterproof construction method using a urethane coating material, which is able to secure the waterproof performance through a waterproof sheet and keep the waterproof sheet closely attached to the floor for a long time. 본 발명은 방수시트를 통해 방수 성능을 담보할 수 있으면서도 방수시트가 바닥에 긴밀하게 부착된 상태로 장기간 그대로 유지될 수 있는 우레탄 도막재를 이용한 방수시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 우레탄 도막재를 이용한 방수시공 방법은, 시공 바닥면에 잔존하는 오염물질을 제거하고, 불필요한 구조물을 제거하는 바탕면 정리 단계; 상기 바탕면 정리 단계를 통해 정리된 바닥면에 소정 두께로 우레탄 프라이머를 도포하여 우레탄 프라이머층을 형성하는 우레탄 프라이머 도포 단계; 상기 우레탄 프라이머층 위에 소정 두께로 우레탄 도막재를 도포하여 우레탄 도막층을 형성하는 우레탄 도막재 도포 단계; 상기 우레탄 도막층 위에 소정 두께를 가지는 복층 구조의 방수시트를 부착하는 방수시트 시공 단계; 및 상기 방수시트의 중첩부와 연결부를 따라 우레탄 보강재를 소정 폭으로 도포하여 보강하는 취약부 보강 단계를 포함하고, 상기 우레탄 도막재는, 석해석, 탄산칼슘, 벤젠다이카복실산 비스 및 폴리에테르 폴리올 수지를 포함하는 주제와 폴리옥시프로필렌-TDI중합체와 벤젠다이카복실산 비스를 포함하는 경화제가 소정 비율로 혼합되어 이루어지는 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 한다.
