To provide a sash and sash structure that make it possible to easily and accurately fix an insect screen.SOLUTION: A sash for fixing an insect screen having a tape-like reinforcement material attached to each side of a net part comprises: a sash body part that is in a hollow shape and has four sides, the sash body part having a groove formed on a side face of at least one side of the four sides, the groove extending in a direction in which the side extends to include a tape-like reinforcement of at least one side of four sides of the insect screen; and a cover member attached to the sash body part in a state in which the cover member can slidably move between an opposing position of facing an entrance part of the groove to cover the groove and a non-opposing position of not facing it. At the time of being located at the opposing position of facing the entrance part of the groove, the cover member forms a gap between the cover member and the side of the sash body part to make it possible to dispose the net part of the insect screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6A
