FIBER-REINFORCED RESIN SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
To provide a transparent fiber-reinforced resin sheet for reinforcement or repair that is lightweight compared to conventional products, has excellent handleability at the time of construction work, can improve the efficiency of construction work, and can shorten the construction period.SOLUTION: A transparent fiber-reinforced resin sheet 100 which is made by stacking integration of non-air-permeable barrier layer 1 made of transparent resin and a fiber-reinforced resin main layer 6 obtained by impregnating and curing a transparent curable resin composition having adhesiveness with the barrier layer 1 in a mesh body 4 in which a predetermined opening is formed by reinforcing fibers. In the fiber-reinforced resin sheet 100 for repair or reinforcement of a concrete structure, the fiber-reinforced resin main layer 6 has a recess 7 on an opposite surface of the barrier layer 1, the maximum depth of the recess 7 is 50% or more of a thickness of the mesh body 4, the unit mass of the transparent fiber-reinforced resin sheet is 350 g/mor less, and a ratio (Wr/Wm) of a mass Wr of a transparent curable resin of the fiber-reinforced resin main layer 6 to a mass Wm of the mesh body is 2.5 (times) or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来品と比較して軽量で、施工作業時の取扱性に優れ、施工工事の能率が向上でき、工期の短縮化を図ることができる補強又は補修用の透明性繊維強化樹脂シートの提供。【解決手段】透明樹脂からなる非通気性のバリア層1と、補強繊維によって所定の開口部が形成されたメッシュ体4にバリア層1と接着性を有する透明硬化性樹脂組成物を含浸、硬化させた繊維強化樹脂本体層6とを積層一体化させてなる透明性繊維強化樹脂シート100であって、繊維強化樹脂本体層6はバリア層1の反対面に凹部7を有し、凹部7の最大深さがメッシュ体4厚みの50%以上であり、透明性繊維強化樹脂シートの単位質量が、350g/m2以下であり、かつ、繊維強化樹脂本体層6の透明硬化性樹脂の質量Wrとメッシュ体の質量Wmの比(Wr/Wm)が2.5(倍)以下である、コンクリート構造物の補修又は補強用繊維強化樹脂シート100。【選択図】図2
