TRANSPARENT FIBER REINFORCED RESIN SHEET
To provide a transparent fiber reinforced resin sheet capable of improving following performance to a surface of an object to be constructed and visually recognizing hair line cracks of approximately 0.3 mm or less, etc., in a concrete structure.SOLUTION: The transparent fiber reinforced resin sheet obtained by laminating an air-impermeable barrier layer consisting of a transparent resin and a fiber reinforced resin body layer formed by impregnating and curing a mesh body having a predetermined opening consisting of reinforced fibers with a transparent curable resin composition having adhesiveness to the barrier layer satisfies the requirements that (a) the reinforced fiber is a polyolefin fiber and has a crystallinity of 60% or less; (b) the mesh body used for the fiber reinforced resin body layer has a tensile elongation of 15% or more in the warp (longitudinal)direction; (c) the total thickness of a sheet is 0.4 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】施工対象物表面への追従性能が向上し、コンクリート構造体における約0.3mm以下のヘアラインクラックなどを視認できる、透明性繊維強化樹脂シートの提供。【解決手段】透明性樹脂からなる非通気性のバリア層と、補強繊維からなる所定の開口部が形成されたメッシュ体に該バリア層と接着性を有する透明硬化性樹脂組成物を含浸、硬化させた繊維強化樹脂本体層とを、積層一体化させてなる透明性繊維強化樹脂シートであって、(a)前記補強繊維がポリオレフィン系繊維であり結晶化度が60%以下、(b)前記繊維強化樹脂本体層に用いられるメッシュ体の経(長手)方向の引張伸度が15%以上、(c)シートの総厚みが0.4mm以下、の要件を満たす透明性繊維強化樹脂シートである。【選択図】なし
