To provide a lock system of a truck loading platform door capable of unlocking or locking a prescribed door among a plurality of doors.SOLUTION: A lock system of a truck loading platform door includes: electric actuators 21 provided in correspondence to each of a plurality of doors and for performing the unlocking or locking operation; an actuator operation setting section for switching between an on-position where the electric actuators 21 are operated and an off-position where the electric actuators 21 are not operated; a portable operating device 4 having an operation signal transmitting section for transmitting an operation signal which causes the electric actuators 21 to perform the unlocking or locking operation; and a control section for transmitting the operation signal from the portable operating device 4 to the electric actuators 21 when the actuator operation setting section is in the on-position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
