INSTALLATION METHOD OF PERFORATED PANEL FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PERFORATED SCREEN AND PERFORATED SCREEN
To provide a perforated screen which can easily adjust the width of a joint formed at a junction of a perforated panel and which is easy to construct.SOLUTION: A perforated panel (4) is formed with an outward attachment edge (14) and an inward attachment edge (12) so as to face each other on the same plane on the right and left sides of a main body (8) made of a long perforated metal plate in one direction. A deformation part (10) is formed in the main body (8), and a hole (20) is arranged in a part facing an inward attachment edge part (12) of the deformation part (10), and the inward attachment edge part (12) is screwed to a base material from the hole (20). In the adjacent perforated panel (4), the outward attachment edge (14) of one perforated panel (4) is screwed to a base material (22), and an inward attachment edge (12) of the other perforated panel (4) is overlapped with an outward attachment edge (14) of one perforated panel (4) to be attached to the outward attachment edge (14).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】有孔パネルの接合部に形成される目地の幅を容易に調整でき、しかも、施工の容易な有孔スクリーンを提供する。【解決手段】有孔パネル(4)は、一方向に長い有孔金属板から成る本体(8)の左右両側に同一平面上で向き合うように外向き取付縁部(14)と内向き取付縁部(12)が形成されている。本体(8)に、変形部(10)を形成し、該変形部(10)の内向き取付縁部(12)と対向する部分に孔(20)を配置し、該孔(20)から内向き取付縁部(12)を下地材にビス止めできるようにする。隣接する有孔パネル(4)の中、一方の有孔パネル(4)の外向き取付縁部(14)を下地材(22)にビス止めし、他方の有孔パネル(4)の内向き取付縁部(12)を一方の有孔パネル(4)の外向き取付縁部(14)に重ねて該外向き取付縁部(14)に取り付ける。【選択図】 図1
