METAL PLATE PERFORATED PANEL FOR CONSTRUCTING PERFORATED SCREEN
To provide a perforated panel for constructing a perforated screen which has excellent design and functionality and is of high commercial value.SOLUTION: A perforated panel is made of a metal plate having a predetermined width and a predetermined length. A main body of the metal plate is attached to a building via a mounting fixture either alone or with multiple members connected in parallel. A contour figure of a hole of any shape is set on the main body of the metal plate, in which the contour figure has a reference side of a predetermined length. The other sides are cut, leaving this reference side, and a portion surrounded by the other sides is bent at a predetermined angle with respect to a flat surface of the main body, with the reference side as a reference. This forms a hole in the main body, and the portion surrounded by the other sides becomes a protruding piece that protrudes from the flat surface of the main body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】デザイン性や機能性に優れた商品価値の高い有孔スクリーン構築用の有効パネルを提供する。【解決手段】所定の長さの横幅と所定の長さの縦幅を有する金属板から成り、該金属板の本体を取付具を介して建造物に単体の状態又は、複数並列結合状態で取り付ける。金属板の本体に任意の形状の孔の輪郭図形を設定し、該輪郭図形は、所定の長さの基準辺を有する。この基準辺を残して他の辺を切断し、他の辺で囲まれた部分を基準辺を基準として本体の平坦面に対して所定角度屈折させる。これにより、本体に孔を形成し、他の辺で囲まれた部分を本体の平坦面から突出する突片とする。【選択図】図１
