FOUNDATION PILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD ON GROUND CONTAINING CONTAMINATED SOIL LAYER
To make safe and efficient the pile hole drilling on the ground with contaminated soil layers.SOLUTION: A drilling head 5 of a drilling rod 1 drills until it penetrates a contaminated soil layer 12 of thickness H0, and while an end face 12a (pile hole wall) of the contaminated soil layer 12 is kneaded and the mud is kneaded with a drum 2 to form a film on the end face 12a (b,c), it drills on to the middle of the impermeable layer 13(H0+α.d). When the drilling is completed up to this point, the drilling rod 1 is once pulled up to the ground to form the upper pile hole 21 (e). The excavated soil 35 in which contaminated soil of the upper pile hole 21 is contained is discharged to the sump pit 36, and the insolubilized cement is mixed into the excavated soil 35 to perform insolubilization treatment and safely discharged. Subsequently, the drilling rod 1 drills again pile holes from the bottom 21a of the upper pile hole 21, and it drills from the ground 1 to the support layer 15 at the depth of H1 and a pre-made pile is embedded in the pile hole and the foundation pile is constructed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】汚染土層がある地盤での杭穴掘削を安全でかつ効率化させる。【解決手段】掘削ロッド1の掘削ヘッド5で、厚さH0の汚染土層12を貫通するまで掘削し、汚染土層12の端面12a(杭穴壁)を練り付けドラム2により泥土を練り付けて端面12aに膜を形成しながら(b、c)、不透水層13の途中まで掘削する(H0+α。d)。ここまで掘削が完了したならば、いったん掘削ロッド1を地上に引き上げ、上部杭穴21を形成する(e)。上部杭穴21内の汚染土が含まれた掘削土35を釜場ピット36に排出して、掘削土35に不溶化セメントを混入して不溶化処理をして安全に排出する。続いて、掘削ロッド1を上部杭穴21の底21aから再度杭穴を掘削して、地面1からH1の深さにある支持層15まで掘削して、杭穴内に既製杭を埋設して基礎杭を構築する。【選択図】図1
