PRODUCTION METHOD OF CONCRETE CONTAINING DEGRADATION-PREVENTING ADMIXTURE
To provide a production method of a concrete containing a degradation-preventing admixture enabling high hardness, water resistance, weather resistance, denaturation discoloration prevention, etc., permanently good as new, and enabling preventing from being degraded.SOLUTION: In a production method of a concrete, an aqueous solution-type liquid glass for coating on a surface of an existing concrete structure, etc. is used, or this liquid glass is concentrated by evaporation of a water component by using a drier, etc., or is concentrated properly with a small amount of a solvent on melting a vitreous silica; the liquid glass is purified, thus non-concentrated or concentrated liquid glass constitutes a concrete admixture; this liquid glass is used as a degradation-preventing admixture for a concrete; this admixture is blended and formulated at a rate of its amount calculated per unit volume in a concrete design condition to give a ready-mixed concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高硬度、耐水性、耐候性、変質変色などの防止を実現し、永久的に新品同様で劣化防止を可能とした劣化防止混和剤入コンクリートの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】既存コンクリート構造物等表面に塗布用とする水溶液状の液体ガラスを用い、又はこの液体ガラスを乾燥機等で水分を蒸発により濃縮させ、或いは石英ガラスを溶解させる段階で少量の溶剤で適度に濃縮させた液体ガラスに精製させ、非濃縮又は濃縮した液体ガラスをコンクリート混和剤として成り、当該液体ガラスをコンクリート用劣化防止混和剤として用い、この混和剤をコンクリート設計条件での単位容積当りの量の計算による割合で配合・調合させた生コンと成す、コンクリートの製造方法。【選択図】図１
