JOINT STRUCTURE OF PRECAST CONCRETE BEAM MEMBER AND JOINING METHOD
To eliminate a site concrete work in a joint structure of precast concrete beam members.SOLUTION: A precast beam member A including a beam end joint portion 10 in which a beam receiving end portion 12 comprising a lower part of a rectangular beam cross section protruding in a beam longitudinal direction by a predetermined length is formed, and a precast beam member B including a beam end joint portion 20 in which a beam hooked end portion 22 comprising a cutout portion with a length equal to the protruding length of the beam receiving end portion 12 is formed, are beam joined as the beam hooked end portion 22 is mounted on and joined to the beam receiving end portion 12. In a beam joint portion, a joint reinforcement 23 in the precast beam member B constitutes a noncontact lap joint between lower side main reinforcements 13, 24 of the joined precast beam members A, B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 プレキャストコンクリート梁部材の接合構造における現場コンクリート工事を不要にする。【解決手段】 矩形梁断面の下部が梁長手方向に所定長だけ張り出した梁受端部12が形成された梁端接合部10を有するプレキャスト梁部材Aと、梁受端部12の張り出し長さと等しい長さの切欠部からなる梁掛端部22が形成された梁端接合部20を有するプレキャスト梁部材Bとが、梁受端部12上に梁掛端部22が載置接合されることで梁接合される。梁接合部内において、プレキャスト梁部材B内の継手筋23が接合されたプレキャスト梁部材A、Bの下側主筋13,24との間であき重ね継手を構成する。【選択図】 図1
