FIXING BRACKET FOR WOODEN COLUMN BASE
To provide a fixing bracket for wooden column base which enables fixing a pedestal on a foundation effectively without taking much time and further improving the installation workability, on the assumption that an insertion, to be jointed with the wooden column, is attached to a pedestal set on the foundation through a slit.SOLUTION: A fixing bracket consists of a pedestal 3, which is a hollow box-shape with one side opening and of which bottom wall 3a is to be fixed on the foundation by anchor bolts, an insertion 5, which is to be inserted vertically into wooden column base set on the roof wall 3e of the pedestal, and a slit 15, formed through the roof wall of the pedestal, in which a lower joint 16c of the insertion is to be inserted and connected by welding. The lower joint of the insertion is arranged to fit in the roof wall in its thickness so that the lower end of the lower joint is aligned to a lower face 3g of the roof wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】木質柱と連結される差込体を、基礎上に設置される台座体にスリットを介して取り付ける構成を前提として、台座体を手間なく効率良く基礎上に固定することが可能で、設置作業性を格段に向上することができる木質柱用柱脚金物を提供する。【解決手段】中空箱体形状で、周囲一方に開口が形成され、底壁部3aがアンカーボルトで基礎上に接合固定される台座体3と、台座体の天井壁部3e上に設置される木質柱の柱脚部に柱高さ方向へ差し込むための差込体5と、台座体の天井壁部を貫通して形成され、差込体の下端接合部16cが挿入され溶接接合されるスリット15とを備え、差込体の下端接合部は、その下縁が天井壁部の下面3gとほぼ面一となるように、天井壁部の厚さに納まる寸法で形成される。【選択図】図2
